  • A Passing Face

    Pass her on the street, and your eyes would sweep past without a second glance. She is pretty but not stunning, well dressed but not opulent, alert but not suspicious. At a glance, she seemed perfectly normal, as she no doubt intended. After all, it's easy to be perfect; slather some lipstick on, wear a low-cut dress that hugs you like a vise, and soon all eyes are upon you. Any dim dame could look perfect, but it takes true skill to be so perfectly normal that eyes stare right past you, without remembering a single detail.

    For those who do manage to see her, they immediately notice her long brown hair with hints of chestnut when the sun hits it just right. They'll see her smooth tan skin, well-trimmed eyebrows and soft chocolate eyes behind her long lashes. Maybe they'll notice that despite her petite form she seems fairly muscular and a hint of a scar is visible on her shoulders or the larger pink mark on her left leg. Or they might just notice that when she grins, her eyes seem to disguise a mischievous flash that never really goes away.

    Her clothing is never as flashy as some of her family. Instead, she chooses to dress in a style that can only be described as cute.
